USF ranked 64th in science and engineering research expenditures
LAKELAND,
FL (October 29, 2007) - The University of South Florida ranks 64th in top institutions in total research-and-development expenditures for science and engineering for the 2005 fiscal year. According to the National Science Foundation, USF spent $259, 218,000. Johns Hopkins University ranked No. 1 with an expenditure of $1,443,792,000.
