IT Colloquium to be held
at USF Lakeland

IT is Here!!! The University of South Florida’s Lakeland campus
announces the next Information Technology (IT) Colloquium, "Predicting
the Future of Technology" Wednesday, November 20, 2002, 12-1pmUSF
Lakeland Campus Room 2125/2126.
Featured speaker, Dr. David Armitage, USF IT professor, will focus on
how technology has changed who we are, how we live, and how we can use
the lessons of past technology to predict some ways in which technology
will further change our personal and professional lives.
This lecture is part of the Information Technology lecture series given
throughout the school year. Topics change monthly with lectures given
by community members in the field of IT, USF Lakeland professors and visiting
professors from other institutions. The Information Technology educational
program is housed entirely on the Lakeland campus under the college of
Undergraduate Studies. For more information about degrees offered in the
