USF Lakeland To Host Bull
Blast Preview Program
LAKELAND,
FL (October 28, 2002) - It’s
Bull Blast time in Lakeland!!! Here’s your chance to learn more
about what’s available in higher education in your area! The University
of South Florida Lakeland campus will host a Bull Blast preview program
on Saturday, November 2, from 9am – 12noon.
The Bull Blast preview program will provide activities for the entire
family. Events include mingling with the USF athletic association, faculty,
staff, academic advisors and students; touring the campus; and getting
the facts on the 2+2 admissions process, degree programs, and financial
aid. Information will be available on all 9 undergraduate degrees and
8 graduate degrees available on the Lakeland campus.
A live DJ and FREE FOOD will be on site, along with a
football toss, clown, balloon art, moonwalk and much, much more! Come
see local radio personalities Jim Malloy from WWRZ and Tom O’Brien
from WPCV and learn about all the things USF Lakeland has to offer.
Rain or shine, the date is set for Saturday, November 2, 9am – 12noon.
The campus is located just off of US 98, south of the Polk Parkway at
3433 Winter Lake Road.
