The Quiet Quality Awards were implemented in the fall of 1996
by the USPS Senate with strong support from USF administration
in a collaborative effort to increase employee recognition.
Quiet Quality Award Recipients will receive:
- A framed Award Certificate
- A Quiet Quality Award Pin
- Their name announced in the USPS Senate Newsletter and
on the QQA website
- Their picture displayed on the USF "Wall of Fame"
in the ADM Breezeway
- An invitation to an awards reception that the USPS Senate
will host once a year in June
Selection Criteria

with six months continuous service at USF. Employees can
receive this award only once every three years.
