The USF Lakeland Business and Finance (University Services) Department strives to provide the necessary financial and physical resources in support of a student-centered educational environment conducive to maximizing the potential for student learning and to maintain courteous and helpful interaction with faculty, staff, constituent groups, and the general public.

Our services are provided primarily for the University community. Services include cost analyses and other reports of financial activity for management use, budget and financial reporting, prompt and accurate processing of all financial transactions, (i.e. receipt and recording of funds, purchase and delivery of goods and services, payment for all purchases from vendors, and payroll disbursements), and the maintenance of necessary management controls. Services are provided in accordance with USF rules and policy, State Board of Education directives, and State of Florida Statues.
